The renegade run is probably one of the most pre packaged spiritual MTB rides you can experience around these here parts.
Something about the all night riding that takes you to a special place of hallucinatory magicalness. The ridiculous distance, the constantly twisting trail, the lightning bugs, the frogs, the stars, the danger the magic of it all....
And then, the exhaustion, the sunrise, the rebirth, the new beginning, the re emergence from the darkness, rising out of the ashes like a phoenix...
