No Cross bike, Aero Bars on the black. Bird will give me a ride back, IF I go. Kind of up in the air at the moment, but I have REALLY just been having the feeling of being on the open road sleeping whenever, pedaling as much as I want. I am going to give myself 4 days at touring pace, BUT, if I really wanted to be a racer boy, I could knock it in 2. Appalachicola has TONS of potential, I think I am going to organize a dirty century out there in the near future.
I took a closer look at this route and you're leaving a ton of dirt on the table. You could get from Ocala to Tallahassee on mostly dirt roads. Living in Tally, I've ridden all the App Forest Rds and then some. If you want me to draw you a great route through the forest, let me know. You might want to start on the Munson Hills/Twilight singletrack trails.
