Im doing some light reading as I do last minute prep to get my sons ready for school. This lil blurb from what im reading really does a good job of summarizing my opinions on "structured training" and "having a coach" and "training". Its pretty much useless if your not first eating right and focusing on being a healthy person.
Simple.
Obviously training works, duh! But its my opinion, if your only training and not focused on the entire set of dymanics involved, you would be better off saving your dime...
Im using my obsessive super powers to do tons of research on various subjects for my trial in October.
